It's the dead of winter and summer seems so far away. I'm posting some summer dishes to tide myself over until my photos from last night arrive (I had someone over to take pictures while I cooked, I can't wait to see them!). This is a grilled tuna steak with a spicy mango-pepper glaze and caramelized onions over Herb Salad.
