Friday Night Fish Fry, because that is what people do in Wisconsin.

















If you are from Wisconsin you know about a few things with certainty; great cheese, great beer, old fashioned's, and the Friday Night Fish Fry. For my version of this classic I used freshly beer battered catfish, home cut french fries, homemade tartar sauce and of course braised spinach for a balanced meal. Check out the pics...
